Refunds & Returns

Goods can be returned by contacting the Crown Gifts team to authorise the return.

 Once a return has been authorised by Crown Gifts, Goods can be returned as follows:

• In person: By appointment which can be made with a Crown Gifts team member by calling 03 9292 5927 or at the Crown Gifts store at Crown Melbourne.

Proof of purchase will be required to process any returns and Crown Gifts may require photo identification.

If the Goods have been opened, used of partially consumed before a fault or damage was discovered, the Goods can be returned to Crown Gifts without the original packaging. Where possible, Goods should be returned with all accessories and instruction manuals.

Where a refund is authorised, Crown Gifts will refund any payment made by you to the payment method used to process the Order.
